Crook Chuck is one of the many minifigures featured in LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed. Chuck is received by the player during the tutorial when they open their first bag.
While Chuck's outside may seem cold and impenetrable, he actually has a heart of solid gold, in that it's also cold and impenetrable.

"A shining example of our justice system. Chuck was always a model inmate- spending most of his time reading (about tunneling), chatting with other prisoners (about tunneling), and trying to stay fit (via tunneling). If he ever actually manages to evade the police for longer than a few hours, he could have a pretty promising career in landscaping. Way to work on a new you, Chuck!"
