Captain Redbeard is one of the many minifigures featured in LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed.
Redbeard is famed on the high seas for his toughness, derring-do, and overall shortage of key body parts.
Abilities[]
- Go for the Eyes! (Basic) Deals 75% damage to target foe, and has a 30% chance to inflict Disarmed for 1 turn. Unlocks at assembly
- Salty Seas (Special) Clears 1 to 3 random debuffs from all heroes. Grants PIRATE heroes Skill Up I for 2 turns. Unlocks at assembly.
- Lucy! (Special) Deals 120% damage to target foe, and has a 50% chance to inflict 1 sack of Damage Over Time for 2 turns. Unlocks at Gear 2.
- Captain's Presence (Passive) Whenever another PIRATE hero takes damage, Redbeard has a 20% chance to counter against the attacking foe. Unlocks at Gear 4.
- Walk the Plank! (Ultimate) Deals 175% damage to target foe and clears Debuff Immunity. Inflicts Grit Down I for 2 turns, and Speed Down I for 2 turns. These debuffs cannot be resisted. Unlocks at Gear 6.

Level 5: Deals 110% damage to target foe, and has 50% chance to inflict Disarmed for 1 turn. If the target is IMPERIAL foe, the chance is 75%
Salty Seas (Special):
Level 1: Clears 1 to 3 random debuffs from all heroes. Grants PIRATE heroes Skill Up I for 2 turns. Unlocks at assembly.
Level 2: Clears 2 to 3 random debuffs from all heroes. Grants PIRATE heroes Skill Up I for 2 turns.
Level 3: Clears 2 to 3 random debuffs from all heroes. Grants PIRATE heroes Skill Up I for 2 turns. Heals BUCCANEER Heroes for 10% of their max health.
Level 4: Clears 3 random debuffs from all heroes. Grants PIRATE heroes Skill Up I for 2 turns. Heals BUCCANEER Heroes for 10% of their max health, +3% Bonus heal for each foe inflicted with a debuff
Level 5: Clears 3 random debuffs from all heroes. Grants PIRATE heroes Skill Up II for 2 turns. Heals BUCCANEER Heroes for 10% of their max health, +5% Bonus heal for each foe inflicted with a debuff
Lucy! (Special):
Level 1: Deals 120% damage to target foe, and has a 50% chance to inflict 1 sack of Damage Over Time for 2 turns. Unlocks at Gear 2.
Level 2: Deals 130% damage to target foe, and has a 70% chance to inflict 1 sack of Damage Over Time for 2 turns.
Level 3: Deals 140% damage to target foe, and has a 70% chance to inflict 2 sack of Damage Over Time for 2 turns.
Level 4: Deals 150% damage to target foe, and has a 80% chance to inflict 2 sack of Damage Over Time for 2 turns. If there were 4+ buffs on the target inflict Stun, which cannot be resisted.
Level 5: Deals 165% damage to target foe, and has a 100% chance to inflict 2 sack of Damage Over Time for 2 turns. If there were 3+ buffs on the target or it is a JUSTICE target inflict Stun, which cannot be resisted.
Captain's Presence (Passive):
Level 1: Whenever another PIRATE hero takes damage, Redbeard has a 20% chance to counter against the attacking foe. Unlocks at Gear 4.
Level 2: Whenever another PIRATE hero takes damage, Redbeard has a 20% chance to counter against the attacking foe. If the hero is a BUCCANEER, +10% bonus chance to counter.
Level 3: Whenever another PIRATE hero takes damage, Redbeard has a 25% chance to counter against the attacking foe. If the hero is a BUCCANEER, +20% bonus chance to counter.
Level 4: Whenever another PIRATE hero takes damage, Redbeard has a 25% chance to counter against the attacking foe. If the hero is a BUCCANEER, +25% bonus chance to counter. At the end of his turn, if Redbeard has a debuff, he has a 40% chance to inflict 1 of his debuffs on the foe with the lowest number of debuffs.
Level 5: Whenever another PIRATE hero takes damage, Redbeard has a 30% chance to counter against the attacking foe. If the hero is a BUCCANEER, +30% bonus chance to counter. At the end of his turn, if Redbeard has a debuff, he has a 50% chance to inflict 1 of his debuffs on the foe with the lowest number of debuffs.
Walk the Plank! (Ultimate):
Level 1: Deals 175% damage to target foe and clears Debuff Immunity. Inflicts Grit Down I for 2 turns, and Speed Down I for 2 turns. These debuffs cannot be resisted. Unlocks at Gear 6.
Level 2: Deals 200% damage to target foe and clears Debuff Immunity. Inflicts Grit Down I for 2 turns, and Speed Down I for 2 turns, and Clumsy. These debuffs cannot be resisted.
Level 3: Deals 225% damage to target foe and clears Debuff Immunity. Inflicts Grit Down II for 3 turns, and Speed Down II for 3 turns, and Clumsy. These debuffs cannot be resisted.
